• Diaphragm: PTFE, Phosphor Bronze
• Max. Inlet Pressure: 550 psi (38 bar)
• Working Temperature: -320~165 oF (-196~74 oC)
• Conforms to CGA E-4 Standard for Gas Pressure Regulators
• Cleaned for oxygen service per CGA 4.1
